 Out of all the blogs on all the web in all the world, you had to stop by mine! And I’m so glad you did. I am the wife of Matt who is currently getting his MDiv. at Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY. We are members of Third Avenue Baptist Church (our favorite thing about being here) and work on campus.

We both grew up in  beautiful Northwest Arkansas about a mile apart, but never met until God’s perfect timing- right before our freshman year of college. We both attended and graduated from Southwest Baptist University- me with a degree in Intercultural Studies/minor in English, Matt with a degree in Biblical Studies/minor in biblical languages.

Matt and I dated all 4 years of college. I spent 6 months in East Asia my senior year and two weeks after I got back, he proposed! We got married July 9, 2011, honeymooned in Jamaica, and moved to the ‘Ville two days after. It has been a whirlwind so far but we are loving every minute of being here as we prepare for full-time vocational ministry wherever the Lord leads.
